仰觀白雲伴藍天

 

仰觀白雲伴藍天,

靜聽溪水唱無言,

細看魚兒河中樂,

倒臥青草席地眠.

Gazing up, white clouds drift with the blue sky,

Listening to the silent song of the stream,

Watching fish joyfully in the river,

Lying on green grass, I sleep in peace.

竹影蒼茫山路遠, 朗朗雲天鏡高懸, 枝葉婆娑舞未斷, 高節清風愛獨行.

In the vastness of bamboo shadows, the mountain path stretches far,

Under the clear sky, the moon hangs high.

Branches and leaves dance gracefully, their rhythm never ceasing,

With noble spirit and integrity, I walk alone, unyielding.

昔日繁華今寂寞

 

昔日繁華今寂寞, 世態自然有起落, 修得八風不動心, 無憂無惱去苦樂.

Once bustling, now lonely, The world’s rise and fall, naturally. Cultivate a heart, unmoved by the eight winds, Free from worry, beyond joy and grief.

平湖斂春色,

遠山長冒雪,

暌違溽暑熱.

Crimson leaves sway in autumn’s shadow,

The tranquil lake gathers spring’s hues,

Distant mountains long cloaked in snow,

Escaping the oppressive summer heat.

雪山倒影瀉寒意

 

雪山倒影瀉寒意, 青松直豎伴春來, 料峭暖和同一景, 悲戚欣悅各自省.

The reflection of snowy mountains spills coldness,
Green pines stand tall, heralding spring’s arrival.
Chill and warmth coexist in the same scene,
Sorrow and joy, each reflects and contemplates.

瀑流飛洒伴松韻

 

瀑流飛洒伴松韻, 白練縝紛毫不紊, 淙淙徹暮譜新曲, 沾潤大地從無憾.

The waterfall cascades, accompanied by the melody of pines,

White threads scatter intricately, yet orderly.
Its murmuring continues till dusk, composing a new tune,

Nourishing the earth without regret.

紅梅傲骨堪堅石

 

紅梅傲骨堪堅石,

忒是嚴寒不示弱,

荷盡菊殘凌霜日,

暗香猶存顯豐碩.

The red plum’s proud spirit is as firm as stone,
In the harsh cold, it shows no weakness.
When the lotus fades and the chrysanthemum withers in the frost,
Its subtle fragrance remains, revealing its richness.

斜陽落影鋪磚路

斜陽落影鋪磚路, 暮景桑榆怕離情, 殘光垂陰留景像, 最是忘年締交誼.

The setting sun casts shadows on the paved path,
In the twilight, the fear of parting lingers.
The fading light leaves shadows and memories,
Most cherished are the friendships that transcend age.

 

倒影如夢隨風碎

 

倒影如夢隨風碎, 所見皆幻逐波流, 鏡花水月何足惜, 一步一印留痕跡.

Reflections like dreams shatter with the wind,
All seen is illusion, flowing with the waves.
Ephemeral as flowers in a mirror or moon in water,
Each step, each mark, leaves a trace of real work.

鶴立松梢點破青,

白紙迎風戳謊言,

莫道事小難濟世,

自留公道在人間.

 A crane stands tall, piercing the green of pine,

White paper in the wind exposes lies,

Do not say small deeds can’t save the world,

Justice remains in the human realm.

曠野無風寂, 鳥語蟲鳴息, 萬籟消聲日, 眾生須戒惕.

In the vast wilderness, the wind is silent,
Birdsong and insect chirps cease.

On this day of complete silence,
All beings must remain vigilant.

風過松林雲霧遠

風過松林雲霧遠,

山清水秀在目前,

障蔽驀然得消弭,

當下光景已分明.

The wind passes through the pine forest, the clouds and mist drift away,

Clear mountains and beautiful water are now in sight.

Suddenly, all obstacles vanish,

The present scene becomes clear and bright.

雀鳥搖竹鳴翠影

 

雀鳥搖竹鳴翠影,

桑梓適意樂僑居,

身處自由非是夢,

那兒心安是吾家.

Birds sway the bamboo, chirping among the green shadows,

In the company of my hometown people, I find joy in my expatriate life.
Living in freedom is not a dream,

Where my heart finds peace, there is my home.

遙望前方山道遠

 

遙望前方山道遠, 馬不停蹄過重巒, 彷似達成實未濟, 死而後已是吾願.

Gazing ahead, the mountain path stretches far,

The horse gallops tirelessly over rugged peaks.
Seemingly accomplished, yet truly incomplete,

To strive until death is my wish.

比翼雙飛千里遠

鶼鰈情深萬年長,

無垠天際有時達,

當下愛河未可量.

Together, they fly a thousand miles,
Their deep marital love lasts for millennia.
Boundless skies can be reached in time,
But the river of love now is immeasurable.

海浪觸礁回深海

 

海浪觸礁回深海,

鄉愁遊子思歸鄉,

四海一家原是夢,

懷鄉懇切最情真.

Waves crash against the reef, returning to the deep sea,
A wanderer’s homesickness, longing to return home.
The dream of unity, where all under heaven are one family,
True feelings of homesickness are the most sincere.

山水同歌萬物美

 

山水同歌萬物美,

雷火動明諸事豐,

洞識世情皆學問,

道法自然利貞吉.

Mountains and rivers sing together, all things are beautiful,
Thunder and fire move brightly, everything prospers.
Understanding the world’s affairs is all knowledge,
The way of nature brings benefit and good fortune

山巔呼嘯共雲語, 清溪涓流棲魚兒, 良辰美景水不竭, 雲岫魚水共此時.

Whispers of the mountain peak converse with the clouds,

In the clear stream, fish find their abode.
In this fine moment, the water flows unceasingly,

Clouds and fish share this time together.

怡情勝境流光照,

千條碧綠婆娑笑,

一峰獨矗詣雲霄.

Silken drapes lazily cover the strings,

廣廈萬間庇寒士,

影接千戶蔭親眷.

Resplendent colorful buildings like a painting,

Arrayed densely in a continuous row,

Thousands of grand houses shelter the humble scholars,

Shadows connect thousands of homes, protecting loved ones.

歲月溫柔留記憶

 

歲月溫柔留記憶,

憶苦思甜念夙昔,

不知因緣果報法,

猶如春池拾石礫.

Gentle years leave memories,
Recalling hardships and savoring sweetness of the past,
Unaware of the law of cause and effect,
Like picking pebbles from a spring pond, unaware of the treasures within.
